My Story

I became a therapist because I believe deeply that every person carries within them an innate capacity for growth, healing, and wholeness. My job isn't to fix you — it's to walk alongside you as you find your own way back to yourself.

With an MSSW from Fordham University and over 20 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through some of life's most challenging chapters — anxiety, loss, identity, family conflict, caregiver burnout, and more.

In recent years, my work has become increasingly focused on caregivers — parents raising neurodivergent children, adults supporting aging parents, and those caring for loved ones with chronic illness. These are people who give so much of themselves. I'm honored to give something back.

My Therapeutic Approach

I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing — always adapting to what serves you best. No single method fits every person, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful agents of change.
